Intro to Reformer
This 30-minute introductory class is the perfect place to start your Pilates journey! This class is light, approachable, and designed to help you feel comfortable on the Reformer before diving into a full-length session. REQUIRED FOR ALL CLIENTS NEW TO REFORMER PILATES.
Form+Foundations
Form+Foundations is an all-levels class designed to emphasize form and foundational Pilates principles on the Reformer. We move at a slower pace to ensure proper technique, but you can still expect this 50-minute flow to deliver a challenging full-body burn. *Recommended for anyone looking to strengthen their Pilates practice.
Reformer Pilates
This is our signature "house" class, designed for those seeking a low-impact, mood-boosting workout. This full-body flow on the Reformer will challenge your balance, control, and mind-body connection.
Perinatal Reformer Pilates
This class is for all new and expecting mamas. Gentle movement that is safe pre- and postnatal. *As always, please consult with your doctor before beginning any new exercise routine during pregnancy.
Stretch+Flow *Coming 2025
This active recovery flow on the Reformer blends feel-good stretches and gentle movement to help you release tension and improve flexibility. Suitable for all levels.
Mat Pilates
This 50-minute flow is designed to refine both your form and technique on your Pilates mat. All-levels friendly. Sundays at 3pm and 4pm.
